The community is very beautiful, with beautiful gardens and water features. The community is located in the scenic area, one kilometer away from Xi'an East Railway Station and over 800 meters away from YueDeng Ge Subway Station, with convenient transportation. To the west is the Xi'an Botanical Garden, and to the south are the China Tang Garden and the Great Han ShangLin Garden scenic areas. It is also not far from the Qujiang Site Park and the Tang Dynasty Night City. The house is also very beautiful. The landlord is very nice and polite. He introduced us to many scenic spots and helped us grab tickets to them. He also recommended restaurants for us. Great！

The transportation of the house is very convenient, and it is a brand new high-end community with strict security and convenient parking. The owner is very enthusiastic and introduced me to many surrounding attractions, such as the Botanical Garden, Qujiangchi Site Park, the Tang Dynasty Duling Site Park, and the Tang Dynasty Night City. Many attractions were also recommended to me, and I was also introduced to the famous unbounded Chang'an stage play, which is well-known internationally. They also recommended many delicious restaurants to me. I also went to visit the ancient city wall of Xi'an. The house is very close to Xi'an High speed Railway East Station. The house is really great and clean, and the garden is also very beautiful. The cost-effectiveness is too high. I like this owner.
