Great location with the train station right at the door step. It is close to Zhongshan road and shopping street. Staff are well trained and always on look out to assist.

We liked everything about the hotel, especially the staff. Kanine, the female staff who greeted us as soon as we stepped into the hotel, is super-friendly and helpful. Without her help, we would have big problems booking our trip to Kulangyu Island.

The breakfast buffet was extensive, with some core dishes and others changing daily. Everything we had was tasty. Our room was large and well appointed. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Professionalism and service attitude of hotel crew. We checked on 27th Dec 2024 only to find out my daughter's bracelet was missing. We managed to contact the hotel staff who had found the missing item, re-string and send back to the our preferred address.

We chose the hotel due to its excellent location even though the decor was rather dated. The front line staff was good and professional. The conceige, in particular, was very helpful and prompt in addressing our queries and concerns.

Conveniently located right next to a large shopping and entertainment area. Helpful staff who were very accommodating despite the language barrier. Good variety of items for breakfast.

Stayed here for 1 night as a stopover. The hotel is located in the center of Xiamen, right across metrostation Zhenhai Road (if you’re traveling with public transport), and there are plenty of shops and restaurants around the area. The beach is reasonably close by. Great customer service, the staff helped me with my luggage and called a taxi the next day to the airport. I had a big room with a nice view overlooking the city. Complimentary waterbottles were included. I didn’t have breakfast or dinner at the hotel, so I can’t give a review of the food, but they have several great options for their guests to choose from. The staff speaks English, so checking in was easy.
