Good location, accessible by bus late at night from Wuppertal Hbf. I had the wrong door code so that I couldn't get into my room, but when I called the helpline they sorted it out really quickly.

The room was comfy & clean. However check in wasn't clear or straight forward requiring a room code delivered by sms. Not good as phones were nearly flat after a long journey. Also tandem beds were something I hadn't come across before.
