There is private onsen in the room but the water is very hot. Hotel guest can use the public onesn 2 times in 1 day. Hotpot dinner is just nice for the cold weather. Location is good, near to the bus terminal.

Great public naked bath with quiet, relaxing atmosphere. Also a great hot spring in our room. Decent dinner (vegetarian hot pot) and congee for breakfast. Staff was kind and helpful.

Great location, breakfast, hotpot dinner and public baths (women separate to men in hotel premises) voucher included. Right on the old street opposite the museum. Half hour walk to the waterfall where there is a not to be missed cable car across the gorge to the top of the waterfall and a walk up to a lake.

While somewhat dated it is both clean and comfortable. The spa bath in the room is excellent. The location is very good, but car parking is a hassle.

Great hotel with amazing views over the Wulai forest. The private hot spring bath in the room is very convenient after trekking. Comfy beds.

Superb location at wulai old street, clean room and spacious private bathroom and hot spring bathtub. The public hot spring facilities are also impressive with sauna, steam bath and jacuzzi.

Lovely location near river with view of mountains. Evening Meals included were delicious. Breakfast a little less so. Friendly staff. Good location.

Great hotel in a lively position, the river passing just by the side, the main road with restaurants and shops on the corner. Nice view from the rooftop restaurant and amazing hot springs spa. I would definitely stay there again if I go to Taiwan in the future.
