Room was comfortable, and spacious. We paid a little extra for a balcony and river view, but it was worth it. Dinner was very good, as was the range of offerings for breakfast.

Everything was very well appointed, and I thought that for a reasonably priced hotel, it exceeded my expectations. Excellent staff, and very good restaurant. I used it both evenings. The breakfast was superb!

Stunning location. Decor was beautiful and ornaments in gift shop to purchase - which I did! Bed and pillows were super comfy. Room was spacious. Would have liked a fridge though! The menu is extensive and all the food we ate was beautiful - especially the cheese board which deserves a special mention! At breakfast it would have been good to know the fry up didn’t come with toast as by the time we’d made some the brekkie was getting cold!

Fantastic peaceful location on the waterfront. Great for drinks/lunch outside even on a sunny day in March liked separate smoking area. Hire a boat next door your straight on the broads. Comfortable clean room felt new. Loved the atmosphere with candles around the hotel. Great bar with fab tunes again for a great atmosphere and cosy modern fire. Smart restaurant food lovely and very friendly helpful staff.

Balcony guest rooms have views over Wroxham’s river, superb. While not spacious they are a fair size by British standards. We had a shower ensuite which was compact but clean and near new. Housekeeping mostly ok. Stairs to the guestrooms are quite steep, no lift nor any assistance with luggage. Free breakfast was very good. Most of the staff were pleasant and efficient, although some staff at reception were not. Bruna, Lisa and Enrico deserve good mention.

Fabulous hotel! Views across the broads were amazing from our balcony room. The evening meal and breakfast were exceptional. Very friendly staff who couldn't do more for you. We will definitely be back.
