Great stay at the Mercure Wroclaw Centrum. Rooms were fabulous, service was exceptional, people were great and couldn't do enough for you, and the location was perfect! I would highly recommend.

Every time we stay in Mercure in Wrocław we are happy. The staff are amazing and helpful; there is always a surprise for children; the hotel is comfortable and breakfast offers a lot of choices for different diets.

Location is excellent - right it the city centre and a short walk to the historical market square. Plenty of shops and cafes nearby. Tram and bus stops just outside the hotel. Staff very friendly and accommodating.

The staff were amazing. I've never experienced such friendly staff when staying at a hotel, they were so great at building rapport and being attentive to any problems that you might have. They allowed us to leave our bags with them before check-in, which was a great help as we could more conveniently look around the city. The hotel room itself was nice enough and a good size. The location was amazing, just a short walk to the market square.

Quiet, very good location - close to the Railway station and Old town, shoping centre. Taste breakfast with lot of choice.
