Likely one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Definitely five star. Luxury. Clean. Facilities were outstanding including the spa wellness area. Bedroom was spectacular and only a standard room. Staff were exceptional and friendly. Facilities were good. Bathroom was very well decorated Can't fault.

Stayed in a Junior Suite - beautiful spacious, light, modern, clean room and bathroom. Excellent location, barely a ten minute walk from the old town and main square. Tram and bus routes right outside. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great little spa area - sauna, steam room & jacuzzi pool.

Elegant and classy place! VERY comfortable beds. Got a free tour of the place by one of the main staff members. The included breakfast was extraordinary, free champagne followed. Top score!

Beautiful building and location close to the historical city center. Breakfast was superb, Spacious rooms (at least in case of the Superior type). Parking was available in front of the hotel for a price which is positive so close to the center I guess. Some people may find 150 zl too much though. Free water at the night tables, cozy lights,... Design is really nice.

The gentleman, Vincent, who carried our bags was very polite and helpful. Julia at the check-in/reception desk was extremely helpful with directions to different locations like the Christmas Market, etc. and answering various questions. Thank you again for a wonderful visit. Regards, Mike
