First of all, Jane and Martyn are great hosts. The room was super clean. The breakfast is very delicious. The location is great. It is located just by the sea. There was a half maratone and we could watch it. Plus, Jane's pictures are great. She is a great artist. My humble suggestion is you should hang them up all around the hotel.

Needed a place to sleep for two nights, went for the best price. Not expecting too much. The hosts were exceptional, made toy feel at home as soon as the door was opened. Rooms are spotless, unlimited coffee,tea, in the room. Beds are comfortable and breakfast was all you could need and more. You are a walk away from everything that Worthing has to offer. Thank you for your hospitality.

There was an excellent variety of food for breakfast, with Martyn and Jane working efficiently to ensure that the cooked food was delivered hot to the various guests. Our room was comfortable and quiet, and the house was within walking distance of the restaurants, town and sea. We shall definitely return.

The room was lovely, with high and decorated ceilings. We had a beautiful view on the beach and on the sea. Breakfast had a great variety of choices, from continental to English. The owners were very kind.

Location, right next to the beach. Very informative regarding where we could park. Friendly staff. Plenty of nice pubs and restaurants nearby. Good sized breakfast.

The house is in a great location, right on the seafront and close to shops and the station. Our hosts were lovely. They made myself and my young daughter feel very welcome. Lovely room which was on the smaller size but had everything we needed. Great selection for breakfast and great communication. would happily stay here again next time we are in the area.
