Lovely rooms, modern decoration, great food and atmosphere in the pub but the rooms are in a separate building which means it's nice and quiet. Really pet friendly with a little welcome package for our dog which was appreciated. Would definitely recommend

Just off the Littlehampton Road, the hotel is well situated. The rooms are very comfortable and well-appointed. Plenty of car parking and a good gastropub on site made the stay an easy option.

Staff are all brilliant! Really enjoyed our 3-night stay at the hotel. All the staff that we encountered were welcoming, friendly, efficient and professional. There is a nice quality to the restaurant and bar area without any unnecessary formality - very relaxing, especially if you were lucky enough to enjoy the comfortable chairs by the open fire - lovely. Wide range of menu options for both dinner and breakfast. Location is very peaceful and literally a few yards from the South Downs National Park, which was great for walking the dog. Overall a very relaxing stay and it was refreshing to be at a hotel where our dog (well-behaved!) was made welcome too - a big thank you to all the staff!

The rooms are well decorated quiet and comfortable in a separate building to the main pub/ restaurant which itself has been very well converted and stylishly decorated with nice local historical references. A bonus is that there is parkland with views of the coast and an interesting garden on the doorstep.

Although we had viewed the hotel on the internet, we were very pleasantly surprised by the hotel. Everything about it was great. We had a warm friendly welcome on arrival. Our room was excellent, very clean; comfortable bed; lovely well appointed bathroom with good quality products/towels and tea/coffee making facilities. In the evening, we discovered the well stocked bar and enjoyed a lovely meal. The breakfast, which was excellent, was included in the price. All of the staff we met were so friendly and helpful, we can't recommend the hotel highly enough.
