Hotel facilities were excellent and suite was large but room was dated and dull, especially the bathroom. Heaters were noisy, EV charger outside the room buzzed constantly and normal room service was every 3 days, so the negatives tainted the overall experience.

Easy to get to. And the amenities were fabulous. Could do with some more loungers round the pool and maybe complementary robes with would make you wanna stay longer in the pool area.

Pleased to see that when we stayed this time Gluten free sausages were available for breakfast as was the use of a dedicated toaster for gluten free bread.

Lovely hotel. The staff on reception and in the bar where very helpful, attentive and friendly. The family room was a great size with two large double beds. Perfect for us and far preferable to sofa beds we have used previously. Will book again.
