This apartment was such a lovely place for a solo get away that I had for a week. I had a little trouble getting in the front door and got through to customer service who were happy to help. I was also greeted by a lovely woman who came to drop brand new replacements in the apartment, she gave me new oven gloves and an oven tray which was really thoughtful. She took the opportunity to welcome me into my apartment and I felt like I was in good hands. Even though I wasn’t meant to run into her, Guest Homes have such thoughtful and caring staff to help make your stay all that more cosy and I gathered that. It had everything I needed, for cleaning, cooking and living in. I stayed a week and felt right at home, it was very clean, well maintained and modern. The heating was powerful, and kept the rooms nice warm if I got cold, and the windows were large, and were able to let in plenty of fresh air also. There was plenty of space provided to put my own groceries, toiletries and belongings which was really nice. There’s also a lovely mini walk in closet space that I didn’t see advertised and it was a lovely little surprise when I arrived. The shower was powerful and there was small, thoughtful furniture throughout the apartment that make your stay much more comfortable. Other things like towels, washing up liquid and sponge, laundry tablets for clothes, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, iron, ironing board, dust pan and brush, tea towels, cleaning cloths, blanket, cooking utensils, pots, pans, strainers, cups and mugs were just the few things that made this stay so much more homely, and not having to go out and spend extra money on things needed. I definitely plan on staying again and trust Guest homes for future stays in Worcester.

The location was perfect and everything you needed was in walking distance, including the train station if you fancy a trip somewhere else for the day. Parked at Crown Gate Carpark, at first I thought it would be expensive but it only cost us just under £20 for 4 nights which was really good. The bed was super comfy and everything you needed was in the apartment, including your tea, coffee and sugar. I would highly recommend this accommodation for short and long period stays. The cleaners on site were also very helpful and friendly. If you're also looking for a good roast dinner, make sure you book Paul Fry's next door, absolutely spot on!
