We used the door code and then a lock box for the key collection. All details that were given made it very easy to do. We had one issue whilst we were there but the hosts were very easy to contact and very communicative and the problem was resolved very promptly.

The apartment was super clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.The location is perfect in the heart of Worcester centre close to shops, banks,Foregate train station and Foregate bus station.

The location couldn't have been better: with the station and supermarkets almost literally on the doorstep, and the various historic sites of Worcester just a short walk away. The apartment was beautiful. It was well furnished and made good use of the architectural features of the basement. It was very spacious and both quiet, despite being in the city centre, and cool, on the hottest day of the year so far. I very much appreciated the privacy as a solo traveller, but I can see it would also be brilliant for couples. Internet and phone both worked fine: in fact better than I expected.
