The hotel is in a great position by the river but still close to the city centre. There is parking onsite. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant (& breakfast) was good. My room was cosy (heating adjustable), clean and well stocked with refreshments and bathroom products. Plenty of plug points too.

Lovely hotel on the banks of the River Severn, located minutes away from the center of the city. Sprawling hotel which adds to the charm. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Would recommend and would go back if in the area.
