Overall the hotel was a great base for our visit to East Norwich and Oyster Bay. The rooms were generously sized, comfortable, clean and well equipped. The gym was also well equipped. The front desk staff were friendly and all requests were responded to very efficiently. The shuttle service was very handy for getting from the hotel to places in the vicinity.

staff were very friendly and helpful. no sidewalk outside so you have to use a car to leave the hotel even to the local shops - however the hotel does run a free shuttle to nearby locations - v friendly driver
