Perfect quiet rural location with a lovely view out over fields, but centrally placed as a great base to visit all the north Norfolk attractions, including Blickling, Felbrigg, Houghton Hall, Sheringham, Brancaster, Hunstanton etc. all within an hour's drive or less. The property was spacious and well stocked, including a welcome pack with fresh milk. We saw deer, birds, squirrels outside while sitting on the patio enjoying coffee. Also, being a barn conversion meant all the rooms are on one level, very good for my elderly mum to get around. Would definitely book again

Very spacious. Excellent for family member with mobility issues. All rooms and bathrooms easily accessible. Comfortable beds, everything we needed in the kitchen.

Everything about the property was perfect, it was cosy, warm, very clean and comfortable, the kitchen had everything you could want, beds were perfect and pear tree had lots of room and the view was lovely.
