We have stayed here previously, we always try to book the suites as they are roomy and comfortable, the bathrooms are always clean and the showers are brilliant too. The beds are very comfortable and always get a good nights sleep.

It was peaceful and very nicely decorated. The restaurant was lovely, the food delicious and service wonderful. The room was spotless and comfortable. We went to see a show at the theatre. We had such a lovely time that we are looking for an excuse to go back!

Beautiful Manor - lovely history, superbly looked after. Beautiful grounds. Wedding reception was on when we were there and it did not impose on our stay at all. Wifi was free to all guests. Nice to see the locals using the bar and restaurant. The staff were all fabulous, couldn't have been more friendly and polite across all departments. Breakfast provision was excellent. Breakfast staff exceptionally well trained. Dinner choices especially steak were excellent. We had the fillet mignon and the chateau brand - disappointed not to have it cooked at the table, but understandable. Bar staff were a joy, [some training needed for some], with great sense of humour - Bar manager - Damien - was a breath of fresh air. Cocktails - great fun, need a wider choice of the more well known e.g. margarita, daiquiri etc - less heat in Alex's watermelon please!! Mini bars were well stocked and a good range. Bedrooms were of a good size [Deluxe double] and clean. Suites were large and clean - good provision of useful items too. Reception staff - fun, knowledgeable and courteous. Technical staff - very friendly and accommodating. Chef's are clearly talented, so that needs to shine through more in all areas of food, presentation and quality to ensure consistency across all meals and selections. Room service was efficient and available 24 hours.

Stayed here numerous times and it is the best hotel I have been to in Wolverhampton. Lovely staff and always very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast is lovely and I have also sampled the restaurant in the evening. The food looked & tasted amazing. Very impressed.
