Please be aware that the health club and spa is for adults only and this includes the pool area. Due to safety reasons, children under 18 years are not permitted to use the pool at any time. However, there are 2 modern leisure centres within 5 miles where children are welcome. For more information, please ask staff members.No more than 2 adults will be permitted into a family room.Please note the property is undergoing partial refurbishments. Disruptions to guests will be kept to a minimum. Due to COVID-19, cash payments are no longer accepted at this hotel. All electric scooters must remain in the car park/ bike area and are not allowed inside the property.

Jacuzzi was not working, very disappointed. The refurbished swimming pool was nice but unfortunately slippery around the sides, a bit dangerous. Also, the walk-in shower surface when wet was extremely slippery, a disaster waiting to happen. A shower mat I felt should be provided. Reception was slow to answer the phone. Love the hotel in general. This was our third visit, and I'm sure won't be the last.

The whole package was excellent - my room was fabulous, the leisure facilities were wonderful, the food in the restaurant was very tasty, there was a great spread for breakfast and the lady on reception was super helpful (a credit to the business).

From the stunning building and exterior to the warm welcome upon arrival the stay was just wonderful. Staff were super helpful, rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable.

Breakfast and lunch was great. Plenty of choices. Staff were really accommodating and friendly. Even got a free drink and lots of support. I think the receptionist was Tiggy she was fab and took care of everything. There was a member of restaurant staff young female with blond hair she was great too. Again took care of all our needs. Pleasant and patient too.

The Park hotel was excellent from booking our room the attention to detail was perfect. By far the most impressive feature to me was the commitment of all the staff from reception to our meal waiter you could tell they actually had pride in the hotel and service you received. My evening meal was recommended by reception on arrival and was the best curry I have outside of jaipur.
