Everything was excellent. I was not expecting such a high level of comfort for the price. The sheets were high quality and everything was exceptionally clean.

we were away for a night at the horse racing, found the property easy, parked on the drive of the property self check in was made easy as contacted Jay the manager who was very helpful helping me to locate the correct keypad which was on the handle of the main door, my mistake was trying to use the wrong key safe. Room was great comfy warm and very clean every thing needed was supplied, location was great for the races about 1.2 miles away as it was raining so we used uber and the charge was just £4.80 . great weekend thanks Jay much apricated.

Great compact room with en suite, small kitchenette area with microwave. Also had use of fully equipped communal kitchen if needed. Very comfy bed. Only 10 min taxi ride to centre

The room was clean. It was warm. The kitchen was super for cooking. The shower was great. Good location to Wolverhampton with a bus route.

Just what we needed a nice stay could of done with more coffee to help the hangover lol but brought a jar with us, lovely little room would defo visit again and recommend to friends and family xx thank you x

The room was lovley, the bed was very comfortable. Jay the host was very professional and was very helpful with anything we needed. A beautiful stay would definitely stay again :)
