They stay its self was pleasant enough, but the cleanliness needs some work. Buildup around the edges in the bathroom, stained vanity top. Coffee machine appeared to have a white dust on it. And the bed kind of sunk towards the middle resulting in waking up with a very sore back. I returned the berry pancakes we ordered for breakfast. They were soft and mushy more like a cake. Staff were lovely and accommodating and the view was beautiful. But I wouldn’t say it was value for money.

Poor service at the restaurant. I waited for five minutes to be seated without anyone attending to me. Restaurant was less than half full. I left and dined at a restaurant up the street instead.

Great hotel, close to the beach and shops and sport and Entertainment. Breakfast was amazing. Restaurant help me with a nice simple meal for my diabetic family member. Nothing was a problem at this hotel. Staff were all so friendly. Would highly recommend. Will definitely stay at this hotel again

They had changed our booking, refunded the difference, but did not notify us of the change. Very poor communication.
