I recently stayed at this hotel, and the overall experience was fantastic. I was particularly impressed by the service at the front desk. The Turkish staff member who assisted me was incredibly warm and friendly. Her professionalism and patience made me feel truly welcomed. She not only handled my check-in quickly but also provided detailed information about the hotel facilities and nearby attractions. Such exceptional service made me feel right at home! I will definitely choose this hotel again in the future!

Good location if you are travelling to/from Krakow or Zakopane. The apartment was equipped quite well and our stay was pretty comfortable.
