A very good, modern hotel ideally situated for visiting VW Autostadt. Nice rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast is good and on site parking is available.

The hotel staff were very pleasant and accommodating as they allowed us to drop our bags despite arriving before check-in. The room was very spacious and located in a relatively quiet area. I'd also say the hotel was fairly priced.

Everything exceeded my expectations. This was my first hotel stay alone with my 7 year old, to spend some quality time together. He LOVED it. I don't think we could have found a better place for our stay. The staff was so lovely, so many small little extras that made him excited. Free candy in the reception area, a popcorn machine in the evening, breakfast with a pancake machine and Nutella dispenser. He won a free drink at the bar at the wheel of fortune! Watching TV from the bed. A huge bathrobe for after showering. He is still talking about it now that we are home. I am planning to come back with my youngest next year :-) They arranged an alternative for the missing pool since we already booked half a year ago when it was functional which was great, hopefully next year we can try out their own pool!

Very convenient for a one night-stay as we were just travelling by to reach our next location. The room was spacious for 3 people. We didn't get a lot of amenities but we didn't need them as it was only for one-night. Staff was kind and a smooth check-in. No problems at all.

The Breakfast buffet, the afternoon water/cakes in the reception area. The parking cellar (you had to pay extra). The coffee machine in the room and the bottle of water in the room. The staff was very kind and smiling.
