We spent wonderful two weeks in this resort and enjoyed ourselves every day. It is hard to describe the special vibe this place has, you must experience it :-) Our bungalow was very comfortable, large bathroom. Very good cleaning service each day. The restaurant serves very good meals and provides incredible sea view... OMG, the sunsets!! Always a nice music on the background. Swimming pool is crystal clear, with lots of sunbeds. Haim, the owner, is really nice and helpful, and so are other staff members. Beware however it is not beach resort - there is a small beach accessible, but just for a quick dip, not to relax on (just a warning, we did not mind at all).

Staff were exceptional, most hospitable place I have stayed. The rooms had perfect facilities and the view of the ocean was surreal. We extended a night because it was amazing. Haim ensured that we could message him if we had any questions about Koh Phangan, and he would respond straight away. Real legend! I will be staying at Golden Hill again when I am back in Koh Phangan.
