The staff were friendly. The bed was super comfortable. We ate in restaurant every night with friendly service and good pub food. Nespresso coffee machine. Neatly cleaned each day. Wifi was good.

The room was extremely comfortable and quiet. The bathroom particularly warm, and the shower powerful. Once you have worked out how to use it. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Bus stop opposite which goes into Oxford every 20 minutes, taking 27 minutes. Perfect!

The hotel is lovely, the room was very comfortable and well appointed. The cooked breakfast on day 2 was nice.

Having stayed for a number of nights in November whilst visiting a relative in his final days of life, the Evenlode made my stay so comfortable and friendly. I visited again the week for the funeral and as always the evenlode delivered. Thank you for everything.
