What i liked is that lady who cleans rooms (rm#246) found our bank card and gave it to us without any thought of taking it. Most ladies would take from other hotels and why it's a big deal is I do analysis of hotel stays and this is the far beat stay in winnipeg I had in my 20 years of experience of this field. Gave that lady a raise 🙌

It was dated but otherwise it was fine. The accommodation was quite adequate. It was quiet and comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay, however the room did smell..like old smoke, probly from the carpet. It needs a little refresh..the bed and pillows were comfy, the shower was good and the breakfast was ok. I found the rooms a little expensive for what we got. I would stay there again but would like an updated room. Thank you
