Spotlessly clean, comfortable, warm and friendly welcome. The location was perfect for my needs and far preferable to a TravelLodge or similar. Only disappointment was that I couldn't stay for breakfast due to an early start.

What a lovely stay, such value for money for my little boy and I. We love Hartlepool! Glad we found this gem. The room was so clean, the staff are what really make it though, every team member was so friendly, kind and accommodating! Even the locals were so friendly and welcoming. We stayed for our evening meal too after a long day, even though the kitchen had just closed, they allowed us to pop an order in & the food was proper filling pub grub - my little one ate for £1! They had karaoke and disco on and we were assured it would finish at 23.00 & it did indeed. We slept so well, the bed was comfy with lovely warm bedding & they accommodated our veggie full English in the morning. I regularly travel with my little one and stay at different places and this was great value for money, we'll definitely be back!
