Pleasantly surprised on arrival as the pub was better than expected and better than the on line photographs we had seen. Evening meal was delicious and breakfast a delight with a good choice of continental and 'full; english available.

Lovely pub and bijou comfy little rooms, slightly dated but nicely fitted out. Staff at pub fantastic in daytime and evening and breakfast was delicious.

We arrived at 7pm on a Friday to try and turn around quickly for a wedding party. The pub was in full swing and parking was difficult. One of the helpful bar staff showed us to our room. The room was smaller than expected, somewhat tired and not that well equipped for the price.

Excellent location for Windsor Illuminated and Lapland Uk which is where we visited. Nice atmosphere pub and excellent value for money. Nicely decorated, comfortable room with good amenities and excellent breakfast

When we went for breakfast the 1 guy serving wasn’t always available.. seemed to go missing. We had a door between our bedroom and next door bedroom. Got no sleep because the lady was talking next door (maybe to someone overseas 🤷♀️ a different time zone) from 9pm until 4am.. very little sleep.

Food was delicious in the restaurant and atmosphere was lovely. Very dog friendly and felt safe as a lone traveler.

The room was fine with a comfortable bed and clean towels. The bathroom had a good shower with hot water and a good pressure. The breakfast was very good.

The staff was exceedingly friendly and the decor was incredible. Food was great also and the rooms were really nice and charming.
