This is a big apartment, very spacious and fully equipped. It has a nice size dinner table, good size TV, nice furniture all in all. The kitchen is fully equipped, and it also creates the possibility to have a braai. Nice size balcony with a good size- clothes hanging rack (I had a good view and my colleagues had a very spacious and sunny backyard, which was lovely and good for braai). Rooms are comfortable with good size closets. The half bathroom is cool and useful, and the full bathroom has a good size, which doesn't feel tight even with the washing machine. Staff were very friendly and always ready to help. They charged us more when we arrived and none of us have realized it, but despite that the next day they let us know about the error and promptly gave us back the amount that was overcharged :) The best thing about this apartment is the location!! It's really central, close to lots of things: Wernhil shopping right at the front of the apartment, and next to it you can find a 24h gas station (+ 24h shop and king pie), and a 24h KFC across the street from the gas station. From there you can walk around 10 minutes to Independence Avenue and 30 minutes to Maerua Mall.

Walking distance to central Windhoek, a well-protected court was available for our parking, the apartment was big with two sleeping rooms, living room, kitchen, bath and separate toilet and well equipped with oven, stove, microwave, laundry machine, etc. A mall with some supermarkets and snack places is across the street.
