The property is exactly as you see in the photos - gorgeously styled , clean and fancy looking . But it’s more that Mariette couldn’t have been more helpful . I had so many tours cancel while there and she accommodated me on every day when I had to change the days I stayed about a million times . It’s that she didn’t need to be so nice and she was . The hotel itself is just a little slice of heaven.

Clean and well looked after room. The best sleep I had after 2 weeks of sleeping in a tent and on a yoga mat. The homemade rusks are also amazing..

This was our fourth stay at Bokmakierie Villas and we will definitely be coming back. The hosts are extremely warm and welcoming. The rooms are beautifully decorated and include everything you might need during your stay. The garden and pool area is beautiful and there is a large braai available for guests to use. The staff were so helpful & welcoming! Nothing was too much of a hassle & as a solo female traveller I felt safe & right at home! The room was beautiful & extremely comfortable and the pool area, outdoor braai/dining area was so nice, especially at night to enjoy a meal with the ambiance of the festoon lighting..

Fresh roomy modern design space with excellent private bathroom. Opens to a quiet and beautiful courtyard with a swimming pool. The staf is very helpful ordering a trusted and reliable shuttle to and from the airport ore anywhere in town. On a 15 minutes walk to a modern Mall and same distance to the old German castle on the hill where there is a excellent restaurant and bar with great views 100% recommended.

Wonderful accommodation. Crispy clean, stylish, nice bathroom, comfortable kingsize bed, great pool, extremely nice and cute dog Bobbie, very welcoming owners. Location is good too: museum around the corner, 20 minute stroll from Independence Avenue, 10 minutes to the huge Maerua shopping mall and the largest supermarket I have seen in Namibia (interspar)

We stayed at Bokmakierie Villas after a trip with 4x4 and rooftop tent of over three weeks, and it was the perfect place to end our holiday. The room was spacious, with air conditioning and a beautifully designed bathroom. The pool area was wonderful, but the highlight of our stay was the hospitality of Jan and Mariette. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. They even allowed us to stay around the pool after checkout while we waited for our flight, which was incredibly thoughtful. We highly recommend Bokmakierie Villas and would definitely stay here again if we return to Windhoek.
