The kettle had to be placed in the table as there wasn’t a charging socket with the tea making facility . Bathroom door wouldn’t close The air vents you could see dust

The hotel was clean and warm throughout our stay. The staff were extremely friendly and exceptionally helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.There was a generous amount of complimentary tea and coffee plus biscuits in the room.The breakfast was wholesome with lots of choice with hot and cold food available. There was ample car parking. The hotel is on the main road and easy to access by car and public transport which is virtually on the door step. It is very close to Windermere Village and a ten minute walk away from Bowness On Windermere. Our stay was fabulous value for money and we really appreciated our lucky find on Booking.com. We will be back in the future.

Very helpful staff, allowed us to check in earlier, room was small but comfortable, there were plenty of amenities. Great service at breakfast, good selection of food, even offered us vegan sausages, everything was fresh and tasty.

Great location with private off road parking. The staff were attentive and welcoming. Comfortable and well sized twin bedroom with well appointed ensuite with both a shower and a bath. Great choice of traditional cooked English breakfast with additional pastries and cereals. Superb location with private off road parking.

Excellent stay all round. Staff friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was very good with variety and fantastic coffee. Bedding was of high quality and exceptionally comfortable. Great location. Only niggle is that could have done with a hairdryer - but didn't ask so could have been available.
