It is accessible via a flight of stairs to the lower ground floor but is also accessible via the carpark from the rear of the property by using a key coded door. The dining room is also situated on this floor and is ideal for guests who prefer not to use stairs. The bedroom window faces the rear of the property.

Excellent breakfast with lots of options to cater for different needs. Location excellent for exploring Windermere and Bowness. Mark and Jane were lovely attentive hosts who are very knowledgeable and gave us lots of great tips for walks in the area and restaurant/ bar recommendations.
