Ideal place for a cosy break, we loved the location as everything we wanted within a short walk. Lots of lovely places nearby to grab a bite to eat or a drink and only around 15 minutes walk to the edge of the lake and the most gorgeous views. Mark & Emma were wonderful hosts and couldn’t have been any more welcoming, we loved our stay & can’t wait to return soon.

Location very convenient between Windermere and Bowness. Old coach House has a lot of character Breakfast excellent and served to the room. Very comfortable bed

Centrally located, beautiful, spacious room. Mark & Emma’s advice really helpful and they are so friendly. We loved the breakfast set up, so great to have breakfast brought to the door so we could enjoy a leisurely coffee and toast in our room at our own pace. Spotlessly clean. A lot of thought gone into room layout even hair dryer lead stretched exactly to mirror. Helpful information cards in the room & lots of leaflets etc

Was beautiful & clean & had everything we needed, was quiet but only a 10 minute walk to centre so perfect for us. Breakfast was delicious & Hosts fab ❤️
