Great location within easy walk of both Windermere and Bowness. Comfortable, spacious room. Excellent communication from the hosts. Martin was keen to ensure we were warm enough, given the extremely cold temperatures - and we were!

The location was great and the property was tucked away in a private space, making the night sky brilliant! Everything was clean and bed was comfortable. Good communication with host.

Clean and comfortable property. Owner keeps a good temperature all the time and makes sure that my stay is comfortable, updated my room for bigger. Car park available and safe. I felt like at home . Close to the centre, shops, bar and a lot of places for walking/hiking.

Had everything we needed and the location is excellent for Bowness and Windermere. Martin and Marina are exceptional hosts. Our toaster was broken and they brought us a brand new one in minutes. Very clean and had everything we needed. Would stay again.

We very much enjoyed our stay! Martin came and introduced himself as we arrived which was a lovely touch. It was great value for money and had everything you'd need for a couple of days stay. Location was great. Parking was great too. Thank you.
