Excellent hosts. Exceptionally clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. Nice extra touches such as home made biscuits and proper wine glasses in the room.

Staff very friendly ! The accommodation was very clean , bed was comfy. Great servise if you chose the breakfast in the moring. Would definitely recommend staying here when visiting the local area

We had a nice short stay, our room was clean and comfortable and the guest house is located in a quiet street and within walking distance of all the shops, cafes and restaurants.

Everything! The room overall was cozy and had everything I needed. Immaculately clean. The shower was powerful and lovely fluffy towels were provided. The bed I slept in was sooooooo comfortable! Tea and coffee making facilities in the room were perfect to chill with a cuppa. And even better- there is a fridge in the lobby of fresh milk with little jugs for you to take up to your room with a portion of fresh milk. Also- baked goods under a glass cloche! These little touches were amazing and so thoughtful. I ordered breakfast to my room for one of the days- it was delivered on a cute tray and present beautifully- a great selection. The place is walkable into the bottom of Windermere high street in less than 5 minutes and the lake is a short drive away too. The road it's on is so quiet and didn't appear to have any noisy neighbours. Tracey- one of the owners was so welcoming. It was lovely chatting. I had some spare time and she gave me lots of recommendations of good places to eat and driving routes. That really made my time here memorable. I'm so glad I found this place and will definitely be recommending by word of mouth and will return to stay again when I'm back in The Lakes!
