Very nice guest house. Tracy made us feel at home as soon as we walked through the door. What a great host and genuinely lovely lady. The room was clean and tidy and the standard of cleanliness was extremely high We can't recommend the place enough, great hosts Really just felt as though we were staying with a family member. Tracy was really helpful with the recommendations. 25 min walk to bowness pier and the cottage was lovely. It would be a delight to come back and stay again. Thanks for having us We absolutely loved our stay and can't wait to go back.

Exceptional B,&B....tracey and andy are fantastic hosts ... friendly...helpful...kind.. cookies baked by tracey are a bonus ...the rooms are spotless ... gleaming and have all the extras ...fan...iron/board...dressing gowns ...its just perfect ...we love it ..👌
