I loved the location, the parking was a great addition. Our room was perfect - cosy with a lovely view. The breakfast was pleasant with plenty to choose from. We asked if we could stay an extra night and Kirsty and the team were so accommodating. We really appreciated it. Keep doing what you’re doing guys - a lovely place to stay and we will definitely be back 😁

The lounge area was used a lot as our family got together and had wine and nibbles and played games. The bedrooms were beautiful. Bonnie was helpful and friendly. Location was great. Breakfast was good.

Location, comfort, breakfast, cosy and style. Lovely place to stay. Would recommend for lots of reasons!! Great breakfast (you have to preorder the night before)! Lovely girl served us breakfast. Room was nice and cosy and clean. Good shower and bathroom. Thick towels. Really comfy bed with quality bedding. Location was fab in the heart of Windermere. Just a few minutes walk from the main streets. Parking (it’s tight so you do have to be considerate of each other). Would definitely stay again.

The family who run the Holly Lodge are lovely and welcoming - I felt very much at home. The house itself is cosy with some very nice festive decoration (I was there on 1st December). My room was small, but comfortable and the place seemed quiet, so it was easy to get a good night's sleep. I could walk to and from Windermere Station very easily too - it was less than ten minutes away.

B’fast was varied - you choose from menu. However Kirsty made sure to accommodate us especially because of dietary requirements. It was always served warm & on time !
