This double room is located on the first floor at the rear of the guest house, and has either a twin or super king bed. The room features an en-suite bath with a shower, as well as a fridge, a hairdryer, tea and coffee-making facilities and toiletries.

This single room is located on the first floor and has a double bed for extra comfort, as well as a bathroom with a showerr. Guests can enjoy the hairdryer , tea and coffee making facilities and toiletries. The maximum occupancy is 1 person.

This superior room is located on the first floor at the rear of the guest house, and has either a queen bed, as well as a balcony and a bathroom with a separate shower. Please note that there are 18 steps to climb to reach the first floor. This room may not be suitable for guests with walking difficulties.

Lovely welcome by Pamela! Met us with a coffee and home made biscuits! Rooms finished to a very high standard Super clean and rooms had everything you could need Excellent breakfast menu and v friendly staff Great location between Windermere and Bowness I will certainly be back Highly recommend!

I booked as a gift for my brother and sister in laws first wedding anniversary. The couple were really happy with the stay and especially the staff and service was excellent was there words. They went above and beyond to make the couple happy and comfortable. very happy and highly recommended
