Everything was fantastic, Tim was very kind and knowledgeable. The room was quiet, warm, and comfortable, albeit a bit small. The amenities were also good and the area was nice.

Lovely hosts. Very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast. Fantastic location. Easy to walk to Windermere shops/restaurants. Nice facilities. Make sure you visit the local pub around the corner for great reasonably priced meals and drinks. Awesome ambience.

It was easy to get into Bowness, and to get to Orrest Hill viewpoint. We parked on the road outside. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. The room was comfortable and, although the smallest in the house, wasn't pokey.

Cathy & Tim were excellent hosts, very friendly and attentive. Really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely recommend! The room was lovely and very clean. The overall experience was great and I felt very welcome and looked after the whole time! Thank you

Tim and his wife are so lovely and accommodating. The room I stayed in was perfect for me as a solo traveller; it was well presented, comfortable and had a homely feel.
