We had a fantastic Birthday celebration stay here. The B&B is perfectly located between Bowness & Windermere, over looking a wooded area and babbling brook, we had a great view from our balcony. The room was comfortable and breakfast was perfect each day with so much choice. We have to finish by Thanking Ian for the stay, he truly makes this B&B with his outstanding hard work and infectious laugh.

Great overnight stay. We had room 4 at the top of the house. The shower was the best ever! Breakfast beautiful, Ian was lovely sorry we didn't see you to say goodbye.

Host respond promptly. Great breakfast which can be booked with the tablet provided in the room in advance. Simple check in process. Free parking and extra parking available opposite the guest house.

Great guest house. Our room was nice and clean . Breakfast was tasty. The whole of the place was nicely decorated very well. Lots of different pieces.

Great location in between Bowness and Windermere. On site parking. Easy self check in. Lovely room with really comfortable bed, soft towels, powerful shower. Nice toiletries, great full length mirror, good dressing table, fridge, good tea and coffee tray with extras just outside the room if needed. Not too hot like most rooms in hotels/guest houses. The host Ian was a great guy. Nothing too much trouble, really friendly. The breakfast was delicious and set us up for a days hiking.

The bed was really comfy and our en-suite was super- fabulous shower. Breakfast was first rate- really good and our host was excellent.
