The location was great as it was only a short walk to the main shopping area. The hosts Ian and Christine and the breakfasts were exceptional. Quiet area within the village.

The room was very comfy and the hosts friendly and helpful. Their breakfasts were superb and set one up for the day. The hotel is within a few minutes walk of the centre of town, so the car can be left behind for the day.

The location of the guest house is just a 10 mins walk from the Windermere station and 5 mins from the town centre. Ian is a very welcoming and friendly guy and will provide you all the details about the place and help you plan your outing as well. The food is nice and so is the ambience of the house.
