Beautiful country hotel with lots of charm. The Great Hall area with it's roaring open fires was a cosy place to sit after dinner. Staff were incredibly friendly and the dinner was amazing.

The entire experience was amazing !!!!! The staff were so helpful and pleasant,they went beyond all expectations to ensure our stay was perfect. The accommodation was of the highest standard, the breakfast and dinner provided was fantastic. All in all the best break I've ever had. Well done Cragwood Steve P

Breakfast was great - location is perfect. Room was clean and comfortable. Also had access to the garden which was great as we had our dog with us.

The location right by the lake is amazing and so easy to go on lovely walks especially with the dog. The hotel is also incredibly dog friendly and we received a lovely little present for our dog.

Fantastic location overlooking the lake. Our room, although small, had a lovely view and room was well equipped despite its compact size. Food in the 'pub' that evening was very nice and breakfast next morning equally good with quality ingredients cooked well. Service by the waitress that morning was also pleasant.

The whole experience of staying at Cragwood exceeded our expectations. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and went that extra mile to make sure we had everything we asked for. The grounds are amazing, and the views of the lakes and mountains couldn't be better. We will definitely make more visits to this hotel!
