An affordable stay in a good location, very close to the centre of Windermere and not far from Bowness. Graham was very helpful and friendly! He was quick to respond to any issues or questions that we had. I would recommend a stay.

Lovely space with room for a small family of 4 or 5. One double bed and one bun bed with a spare mattress underneath which impressed us. A very short walk from shops and pubs in any direction and of course, in Windermere, theres also remarkable views anywhere you look. The responsiveness of staff was prompt and friendly. All necessary facilities/utilities were available and clean and the instructions given for directions and daily upkeep were clear and helpful

Location is perfect to walk into town and for the walks by lake. Had all the amenities we needed, It was also quiet so could sleep well.

The kitchen was very well set up. The loungeroom was spacious and comfortable. The shower was hot. I slept like a log. Within walking distance from the train station, buses and the town centre. Host was extremely helpful.

Large living areas , all very clean and tidy. Nice quiet cul-de-sac. Sitting out in the back garden.

The property was very comfortable and pretty, we had everything we needed and as we don’t drive it was in a great location for buses and close to town centre.

It was fantastic, situated between the station and the lake, we had everything we needed for our stay. We found the place clean and tidy, and everything worked, which is always nice, and as was self catering glad they provided kitchen items
