Dawn has a beautiful house to stay in, she was very helpful with local knowledge and it was ideal to be able to park our little car in the heart of the town.

Dawn was really really lovely. She was very good at communicating where to park, she made sure we had everything we needed and asked if we needed a taxi into Bowness. The rooms were so comfortable we would definitely stay here again.

It was spotlessly clean, well maintained, quiet yet central location. On road parking on a Saturday in November not a problem. Dawn was helpful, friendly and very quick to respond to any queries. Would definitely recommend.

Everything was just wonderful...from the initial booking to leaving. Dawn was so helpful & welcoming...our room was lovely...everything we needed...clean & comfortable. Fresh supplies everyday in our room...we would certainly make a return visit!

Great place in a central location on a back street, good area to stop whilst exploring Windermere. Good value and the owner was lovely too.
