Great location, close to shops, bars, train station and the Lake. Lovely clean, cosy guest house, Linda was a great host and very helpful. Her breakfasts are superb! I enjoyed my visit and would highly recommend.

Loved Linda, she's so friendly and helpful. She cooks a great breakfast! My bed was comfy, my room was cosy, and I was able to walk wherever I needed to, with Linda's advice and guidance. Thank you. I'll be back.

The place was warm and cosy. The food was prepared to a high standard and plenty of it. I arrived by motorcycle and the host was very accommodating for my vehicle offering off road parking. Excellent.

The location was ideal, only a few minutes walk from the main high street of windermere. I opted for breakfast when I booked, which was very homely and well made. My room was perfect when I arrived. Owners were very kind, knowledgeable of the area, and great conversationalists. I would stay here again, and recommend others to stay here too!

The staff Linda & Chris are very hospitable. They make me feel at home. The location is very convenient, 20mins walking distance to the Windermere train station.

Greeted by Linda and Glen (the boss) by name, shown to my room. One thing I often worry about is falling over in the shower, so I was so happy to see a shower mat and a board to stand on when getting out of the shower. Plenty of tea and coffee in the room. Breakfast was plentiful and made to order.
