The fine print
Please note that some rooms are located in the main building and others are in an annex opposite the Wykeham Arms. Both buildings offer rooms upstairs, some of which are steep and narrow and may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility.Dogs are allowed only in Luxury Double Room.

Had one of the small single rooms, but it was well laid out and equipped. Clean and tidy, great tea and coffee offerings. Breakfast was well considered, with lots of choice. Quality food.

Good breakfast- mix of hot food from menu and buffet. Bed was comfortable. Nice touch to have a Nespresso machine. Staff really helpful. Great location by the cathedral and college. Open fire in the pub. Overall good value for a B&B option. Would stay here again.
