We liked the area the Hotel was situated. The atmosphere was welcoming and the staff very helpful and friendly. The food was delicious and my dietary needs were catered from without fuss. We ate dinner and breakfast and could not fault either. Service was prompt and courteous. The room was bright, spacious and clean.

Lovely pub with really comfortable rooms. Sadly the weather didn't allow us to make use of the little balcony. The setting is lovely with great views. Although on a fairly busy road the inevitable noise wasn't intrusive. Breakfast was good and the evening meals reasonably priced and tasty. Would definitely recommend.

Plenty of parking, really good food in the restaurant, the king size room was lovely and clean. All the staff we had contact with were all very friendly and welcoming. The property was only 13 minutes away from Winchester which was perfect for visiting the Christmas markets.

The Plough is an excellent place to stay the rooms are spacious, really comfortable and although the two we've stayed in were renovated they still had character. The staff are all excellent, always wiling to help, very knowledgeable about the area. The food is extremely good expertly cooked an very good value. The location of the Plough is great as it's far enough away from the main roads an motorways but close enough to Winchester City only a 10/15 minute drive. We are definitely going to be staying there again.!

Lovely cosy pub and wonderful location for walks. The food was superb and the staff very attentive. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfy. There were complementary tea, coffee, biscuits and bottles of water which was a nice touch

A lovely country pub with good rooms and a delicious breakfast. The bed was really comfortable - a nice firm mattress. The restaurant menu looked great, and it's obviously a popular place to eat (though unfortunately we arrived too late to have dinner)
