Room was nice, staff were exceptional. I know this comment isn’t related to the hotel but the pizza from the restaurant wasn’t good. Waaaay too much cheese!

Hotel was comfortable. The food wasn't great, eg the calamari was advertised as crispy but what it turned out to be was thick batter, it was difficult to to find the calamari. The breakfast was better.

Parking is easy though £10 overnight is excessive. Reception good. Room very clean. Bed comfortable. Restaurant with good service, good menue and well presented food.

I personally think that paying £150 for a room is quite expensive seeing that only the gym is complementary included and all the other stuff you need to pay even for the parking spaces the steam room and sauna. I can understand that the spa massage, et cetera will be extra Overall as far as the staff is concerned the front desk when we checked in the Saturday afternoon, the feeling that I got was when asked about the pricing they seemed irritable or she seemed irritable and very short off attitude. It really made me uncomfortable and then again when dinner comes the guy who greet us at the restaurant were polite but I think you need to teach your waitresses to be much more polite. How can I say forward polite? It’s as if they did us a favour and then again service charges included, which I don’t mind paying, but I was not not made aware of it prior to ordering and I have to say that’s a bit disappointing we retired my partner just wanted to go for a steam room and a sauna which I thought would’ve been included together with the gym. I used the gym which I have to say the facilities is outstanding.

Lovely hotel. Mix up at check in and was given key to someone else’s room which wasn’t great. The man in the room wasn’t happy. Soon rectified
