Children under the age of 12 years are not allowed to stay with guests in any of the Suites.Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.Please note that the Health Club is only available for use by those aged 13 years and over and the Fitness Suite for those aged 16 years and over.Please pre-book if you intend on using the brasserie and spa.When booking the Dinner, Bed & Breakfast rate the reservation will include GBP 32.50 per person per day to spend on food in the restaurant. For the comfort of guests, please be advised that children aged 10 years and under may not dine in The Brasserie after 18:00 each evening. Families with children are welcome to eat in Gershwin’s Bar each evening and to select from either Gershwin’s bar menu or the Brasserie menu.Please note that the card used for booking will be pre-authorised for GBP 1 prior to arrival. This is applicable for all reservations including guests paying with cash.The hotel requires at least one guest in each bedroom to be aged 18 years and above and reserves the right to ask guests for valid photo ID. A maximum of two guests are permitted to occupy any one bedroom. Any stay proposed for longer than 28 consecutive nights will automatically terminate after 28 days and will need to be rebooked with the hotel as a new booking.

Excellent hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was very good and with choices. Room was a good size with a large comfortable bed. The hotel was a short walking distance to the city.

Very attentive and friendly reception team. Great spa facilities - I used the pool, sauna and gym for my short stay and it was very relaxing! Cosy room and great brochure which recommended some places to visit in Winchester.

The spa was great and we’d booked a massage which was excellent. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. There was a good choice for breakfast. We also had a very nice evening meal in the restaurant.

Wonderful overnight stay - amazing service from all staff. Excellent spa facilities and room. The food in the restaurant was delicious and Lauren was super friendly and attentive! Great location into centre :)

Staff throughout our stay were warm, welcoming, helpful, friendly & efficient. From receptionists to bar staff, maintenance, restaurant & spa.... they really made our stay even more enjoyable than it would have been otherwise. The food in the restaurant was excellent - cooked perfectly, well presented and tasty.
