The fine print
A credit card is required at the hotel as a guarantee.Children 0-2 years old are free of charge if sleeping in existing beds.Children 3-12 years old will pay a GBP 10 supplement on top of the rate, per child, per night, which will be added by the hotel when you check in.People older than 13 years are considered adults, so the hotel will add a GBP 15 supplement on top of the rate at check-in.Pets can be accommodated at an extra fee of GBP 10 per night. A GBP 150 deposit applies when travelling with pets, and any pets need to be confirmed with the property in advance.

Lovely hotel with good breakfast and location. The pool was a bit cold as were the corridors leading to the rooms. But overall a very nice hotel close to the zoo.

The location was beautiful, loved the pool and the food in the evening, the rooms were clean and big, was child friendly and loved the outdoor space

The overall idea and forest setting of the place is fun for children. It’s a great location for visiting the zoo and other attractions. The breakfast was decent, as was food in the restaurant. Staff were friendly. They were helpful in sorting out appropriate beds for our family room. The accommodation is basic but fine for the price paid.

Great location for us next to the zoo and lovely that you have an option for a family room. Staff were super friendly and breakfast was delicious and lots of options hot and cold.
