We have stayed at Russell's A few times. It has always been a great stay. Rooms are clean and comfortable. There are real drinking glasses and coffee cups with saucers in the rooms. Very nice! We went down to the bar to have a drink. They have the largest TV's I have ever seen in a bar. We had a good time. Breakfast was good and the coffee was hot in the morning. When we come to Buffalo, we stay at Russell's.

Staff were very friendly. Check-in went smoothly, Mike at the front desk was very welcoming. Loved the warm decor and home-like feel, comfortable and quiet room. Russel greeted us and was genuinely interested in us enjoying our stay. Great hotel, we will stay again.

I was so impressed with service, from check in to bar to restaurant to next morning breakfast. Russell greeted us at dinner and was in the breakfast lobby next morning. This is a true Buffalo gem. Great food, great hospitality, great venue. You will not be disappointed.

It was fantastic overall. The scrambled eggs were a tiny bit runny for my tastes but we ate there every morning and looked forward to breakfast each day. Housekeeping was amazing! Room was exceptionally clean and the staff was pleasant.
