Nice hotel, everything was almost perfect - staff, room, cleanness, breakfast, wifi... only location was a little bit out of the city center, but is small city ;-)

the receptionist was incredibly kind and lovely, made sure the check in process was smooth. the hotel over all is good, close to the Grand Canyon. loved the christmas decorations outside the hotel!!

Very nice place! Stuff is super nice and helpful, rooms are clean and are also maintained every day. Coffee and tea accessible all the time at reception. Super comfortable bed, all essentials in the bathroom. Big plus is pool and hot tub, this is perfect after long day of hiking!

Everything was amazing, nice staff, decent breakfast for american standards, clean room. The room was modern and nicely furnished with all amenities one would want. Loved the pool. The best motel we stayed in.

Overall, this hotel was excellent! Nice location in old Williams, close to town but far enough away from crowds & noise. Room was very nice, clean, roomy & bathroom was great!

Rooms were nice and modern Swimming pool is small but ok. Ratio price / quality is good compared to the other hotel/motels in Williams.
