Xanadu is a great development with 12 apartments, and a shared pool and sun area. The apartments and facilities are spotless, and well maintained (and new as of 2021). We seriously had to choose between the beach and the pool! Ravi and his team are super friendly and helpful and made us feel at home. Xanadu is part of the Blue Bay resort, and by staying there you also get access to the semi-private beach area, including chairs and umbrellas.

We spent a full week at one of Ravi’s apartments in Curaçao, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment we arrived, Ravi welcomed us warmly and personally took us to our spacious, modern two-bedroom apartment. He explained everything about the island, gave us great recommendations, and answered all our questions with patience and kindness, making us feel truly at home. The apartment itself was huge and spotless! It had a large dining area with a big table, and the kitchen was fully equipped with all the appliances we needed. Each bedroom was very spacious, with plenty of storage, and the beds were extremely comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day at the beach. Every room had its own air conditioner for maximum comfort. One of the best features was that each bedroom had its own private, spacious bathroom with a shower, making everything so convenient. The terrace was also big, offering a great view of the pool area. The entire complex is extremely well maintained, and everything has a modern design, giving it a stylish and welcoming feel. You can definitely feel the difference when an accommodation is managed by an owner who truly cares about the property versus a management company. Ravi’s attention to detail and his dedication to his guests make all the difference. The common areas were very relaxed, featuring a nice bar, a beautiful pool, and plenty of sunbeds. One of the things we loved most was that the pool area was never crowded during our stay, making it the perfect place to unwind. A major highlight is that the community has its own private beach, which is truly one of the best beaches in Curaçao! The water is crystal clear, the sand is soft, and it’s never overcrowded, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the island’s beauty. The apartment is located in a gated community with guards at the entrance, adding an extra level of security and peace of mind.

Xanadu apartments was absolutely beautiful!! Everything exceeded my expectations. The staff were so friendly and extremely helpful. I will definitely be staying here again Next time I come back to Curacao

The apartment at Xanadu was trully luxurious and spatious, beautiful and comfortable. They paid a lot of attention to details and comfort. Ravi and Carlos are very welcoming and amicable. There's enough parking space for the guests and the swimming pool and bar are perfect!

Clean, modern and well equiped apartments. Just a short walk from the beach. Good communication with the team and compliments to the owner Mr.Ravi who gives a warm welcome and lots of attention to each arriving guest.

We had a very nice stay at Xanadu apartments at Blue Bay. The apartments are very spacious and have a modern design. In fact the entire premises is just a few years old and are being maintained very carefully. The owner, Ravi, is a true host and is very interested in the guests, making sure that you feel comfortable and that everything is okay. There is a nice clean swimming pool with enough sun beds. It has a great central location as it is from there easy to drive to the nice beaches, such as Porto Marie and Cas Abao, but also further to Westpunt. It’s also a short drive to Willemstad and Mambo beach. Blue Bay itself also has a nice beach and various restaurants. We stayed there for one week with 2 adults and 2 kids and I would definitely recommend to stay at Xanadu!

My 2 daughters and I stay at Xanadu from the 7th till 18th of July 2024. My daughter had sent me three choices to choose from, I started reading the reviews on this place, and at first, I was a bit sceptical. I was thinking, could all these positive reviews be true? Anyway we chose this guesthouse, and let me tell you something it was more than what was said. We arrived a bit earlier than our check in time, we were met by Ravi, I felt welcomed immediately by his kindness. He showed us to our guest house. The first thing I noticed was how cleaned and modern it was. There was everything available that was needed to make our stay comfortable. The next day, we met Calos. He was a sweetheart. He made sure we weren't short of anything, from beach towels to bathing towels. The bed rooms are very spacious, with their own bathroom, airco also fans in each room, it was just beautiful. Anything we were short of Carlos made it happen. we didn't have a car, but we didn't miss anything, Carlos and Ravi made our stay an awesome one. This will be our spot whenever we visit Curacao again. 100% hospitality, a 10/10. I wanted SourSop leaves to carry back home to Belguim, Ravi made sure I got some. I was so happy. Clean and well-equipped appartments with a nice swimming pool and bar area. Walking distance to blue bay beach and restaurants. The host Ravi is especially accomodating and will make your stay as pleasant as possible.
